By accessing this web site, you are agreeing to be bound by these web site Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright law. 1. Permission is granted to temporarily use the services provided on BasicDig's web site for personal, non-commercial use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

BasicDig is not associated in any way with Digg.com
4. Limitations
In no event shall BasicDig or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, business interruption, if the domain submitted by you is banned on Digg as a result of the use of our services, or if the account you used to submit the article to Digg.com is terminated by Digg) arising out of the use or inability to use the services on BasicDig's Internet site, even if BasicDig or an BasicDig authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

BasicDig may revise these terms of use for its web site at any time without notice. By using this web site you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.
8. Governing Law
Any claim relating to BasicDig's web site shall be governed by the laws of the United States without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Refunds
In the event that BasicDig fails to deliver all or part of the services purchased, BasicDig will, at it's discretion:
1. refund the full purchase price,
2. deliver the remainder of the outstanding services,
3. or refund a prorated portion of the purchase price to reflect the unused portion of the service.
If no services are delivered within 8 hours of purchase or if any portion of the purchased service is not delivered within 48 hours of purchase, the customer agrees they will contact BasicDig within 72 hours of the initial order placement. Any determination of non delivery or partial delivery of services will be made by BasicDig after an investigation by our technicians. If any dispute which arises that cannot be resolved between you and BasicDig, you agree that further action will be resolved through PayPal's dispute resolution process per the Pay Pal user agreement.
